The creation of SomnoDent® Avant™ begins with a digital scan of your teeth, which your dental professional sends to the SomnoMed laboratory. Using computer-aided design (CAD) software, SomnoMed designs a device tailored to your anatomy and jaw structure, ensuring maximum comfort and effectiveness.
Robotic Precision - Superior Manufacturing
Once the design is finalized, robotic milling technology precisely carves the device from a single piece of high-quality dental acrylic, ensuring durability and longevity. For added comfort, b-flex Comfort Liner layer is applied, providing a soft and secure fit. Each device undergoes detailed finishing and polishing to eliminate rough edges and ensure a smooth surface.
3D Testing – Ensuring a Perfect Fit
Before delivery, SomnoMed performs advanced 3D testing using a 3D-printed model of your teeth to verify:
